📖 About Joneen Nielsen (Artist Bio)

🔹 Artistic Roots: Learned to paint and draw from her father, American artist Jon Nielsen (1912-1986).
🔹 Education & Experience: Scholarship to Pratt Institute (1985), studied the Great Art Masters.
🔹 Global Exhibitions: Showcased art in London, Edinburgh, California, Florida, and more. She was a member of the Edinburgh Printmakers Workshop and has been sponsored multiple times by the San Mateo County Arts Council for solo and group exhibitions.
🔹 Creative Approach: Works across multiple media—oil, acrylics, watercolor, pen, ink, charcoal, and more.
