Henry Aziengbe

Born on January 19, 1989, in the culturally rich city of Benin, Edo State, Nigeria, Henry Aziengbe’s artistic journey is nothing short of inspiring. From a young age, his exceptional talent in art was evident, captivating the attention of teachers and peers alike during his primary education at Army’s Day Children School, GRA, Benin City, and later at Immaculate Conception College, Benin City.

In 2009, Henry took a significant step towards honing his craft by enrolling at the College of Education Ekiadolor-Benin. Over the next three years, he immersed himself in the study of Fine and Applied Arts, earning his National Certificate of Education (NCE) in 2012. His passion for art and creativity led him to teach Cultural and Creative Arts in various primary and secondary schools in Benin City for three years.

However, Henry’s vision extended beyond the classroom. In 2015, he embarked on a new chapter as a full-time freelance artist, dedicating himself to sculpting and painting. His works are not just art; they are a means of expressing profound messages about the importance of art in society.

In 2023, Henry observed a growing disintegration in the art world across global cultures, regions, and tribes. This realization sparked his vision for Worldwide Income Growth, which he understands as Worldwide Art Advocacy. “Art is the Income while Advocacy is the Growth,” he says. Through this initiative, Henry aims to use art to connect humanity, solve societal challenges, and bridge the gaps that divide us. Art and The Earth 45/24 project
